SpringHouse at Fanny’s is open for dinner service on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights at the Fanny Goldmine Diner location. Chef Pete has curated an abbreviated menu for guests to enjoy as restoration of SpringHouse’s original location continues. Limited reservations are available by calling 256.215.7080.
